J. Jacobs, M.D.
Dr. Jacobs received his medical degree from the University
of California in Los Angeles and completed his ophthalmology
residency at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics.
Dr. Jacobs enjoys scuba diving with his wife and two daughters.
His hobbies also include flying remote control airplanes.

Robert
R. Keller, M.D.
Dr. Keller received his medical degree from Wayne State
University in Detroit, Michigan, where he also completed
his ophthalmology residency. Dr. Keller enjoys singing
in his church choir and photography. As an avid bicyclist,
he has ridden in RAGBRAI.

B. Muller, M.D.
Dr. Muller received his medical degree from the University
of Iowa College of Medicine. He completed an internship
in Internal Medicine at Good Samaritan Hospital in Portland,
Oregon, and received his ophthalmology residency training
at the Casey Eye Institute, also in Portland, Oregon.
When not spending time with his wife and daughter, Dr.
Muller enjoys fishing and playing tennis. |

Dr. Puk received his medical degree from the University
of Iowa School of Medicine. He completed his residency
in ophthalmology at the University of Minnesota Hospitals
and Clinics. Dr. Puk enjoys golfing, running and weightlifting. He especially enjoys spending time with his wife,
son and two daughters. |

S. Shah, M.D.
Dr. Shah received his medical degree from John Hopkins
University and completed his ophthalmology residency at
the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. Dr. Shah enjoys gardening,
traveling, gourmet dining and biking with his wife and
three sons. |

Alex
G. Smith, M.D.
Dr. Smith received his medical degree from the University
of Miami and completed his ophthalmology residency at
the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. Dr. Smith
enjoys traveling, building model trains, restoring old
cars and spending time with his wife, son and daughter. |

Michael A. Hall, M.D.
Dr. Hall received his medical degree from the
University of Minnesota School of Medicine and completed
his residency at the University of Michigan. He also
completed a fellowship in Corneal and External Diseases at
the University of Wisconsin. Before starting his
residency he served as a General Medical Officer in the US
Navy. |

Dr. Maassen grew up in Mason City, Iowa and completed his
undergraduate degree at Wartburg College in Waverly,
Iowa. He graduated from the University of Iowa College of
Medicine where he also completed his residency in
ophthalmology. |
